Crest & Oral B Pro-Health The Great Debate: Floss, Brush, Mouthwash which is first? - REVIEW

Are you looking to update your oral hygiene routine?  Are you wanting to brighten your smile?  Is your oral products just not getting the job done?  If so I have GREAT NEWS for you!

Recently I was able to try out some great products from the Crest and Oral-B in their Pro-Health product line.

Crest Pro-Health Tartar Protection Rinse

Crest Pro-Health helps you escape the scrape at your next dentist visit. It’s no surprise your dental check-ups leave you wanting to check out. That’s because of left behind tartar being scraped away. Luckily, Crest Pro-Health Tartar Protection Rinse works hard to keep your teeth healthy, and your check-ups smooth.

Crest Pro-Health Whitening Gel Toothpaste - Fresh Clean Mint

Crest Pro-Health, our most comprehensive toothpaste, contains a clinically proven active ingredient to protect your dental health. Crest Pro-Health Whitening toothpaste reduces up to 80% of surface stains. Crest Pro-Health Whitening Gel Toothpaste - Fresh Clean Mint is triclosan free.

ORAL-B CROSSACTION PRO-HEALTH TOOTHBRUSH—Crisscross® bristles remove up to 99% of plaque in hard-to-reach areas.

Tight spaces are the easiest places for plaque to build up--and the toughest to clean, since straight-bristle toothbrushes struggle to reach them. But CrossAction® Pro-Health® CrissCross® bristles attack plaque from the perfect angle--an optimal 16°--cleaning better than straight ones. Plus, Pro-Health's tongue cleaner helps remove germs from the tongue.

The Great Debate: Floss, Brush, Mouthwash which is first?
Step 1:
I have found that it is best to first floss, you want to get all the stuck food loose and as much out as you can by flossing.

Step 2:
Brush with your Oral-B CrossAction toothbrush,  I really love this toothbrush because of its CrissCross Bristles, gum
stimulators and tongue cleaner.

  • CrissCross® bristles: Positioned in opposing directions, CrissCross bristles are designed to flex and then straighten, actively penetrating between the teeth—where plaque builds up easily—and along the gum line to lift it out and sweep it away

    • Soft gum stimulators: Two rows of soft gum stimulators positioned on both sides of the brush head gently massage the gums
    • Textured tongue cleaner: Located on the back of the brush
    • Power Tip® bristles: Extra long to help clean between teeth in hard-to-reach places
    • Dense elliptical-shaped surface-cleaning tufts: Oblong shape designed to help clean the surface area of the tooth
    • Carefully polished end-round bristles: Gentle on teeth and gums
anything left stuck in between your teeth should loosen right up with 1-2 minutes of brushing.
    Step 3:
    Finally Rinse with
Crest Pro-Health Tartar Protection Rinse.  If anything is remaining rinsing with mouthwash will "swoosh" it away.  Plus it kills bacteria which causes bad breath and eliminates more plaque and tarter build up. When selecting a mouthwash it is an important factor to help rebuild your enamel.
