Using the Stockpile, Day 9: Leftovers & $0 Spent

Day 9:  A day for leftovers!  I made another batch of the avocado/quinoa for lunch (see yesterday's post below) and then we had chicken pot pie with biscuit topping for dinner.  I started a frozen loaf of bread rising in the oven and by 9 am, I had forgotten and made another loaf in the bread maker.  That's what 1 hour of sleep due to insomnia/worrying about your sick, elderly cat will do to you!

I have the next two days off, so will be running errands and might try to get some more cooking in since I work the weekend.

Total spent on food outside of stockpile:
Today:  $0
This Month:  $28.33
Goal:  Spend under $100 for January, but under $50 would be awesome!
Stockpile items demolished:  1 box of Kraft Mac & Cheese, 1 jar of Patak's Sauce, 1 bag of granola, 1 bag of protein powder, 1 rogue squash, 1 package of chicken breast, 1 package of Hormel deli pepperoni, 1 tube of crescent rolls, 1 package of bacon, 1 bag of shredded cheese, 2 packages of Knorr rice sides, 1 big jar of Jif peanut butter, 1 jar of honey, 1 bag of flour, 1 box of crackers, 1 box of granola/snack bar, 2 freezer steaks, 1 bag of Gevalia coffee, 2 gallons of milk, 1 jar of Jif hazelnut spread, 1 box of cereal, 1 whole freezer chicken, 4 misc. beers, 1 box oatmeal, 1 jar almond butter, 1 can of green beans, 1 bag frozen peas, 1 jar of canned fruit
