Using the Stockpile, Day 29: Pork Quesadilla & Sausage Noodle Bake

Leftover pork loin:  For lunch, smothered in BBQ sauce, or in my case Country Bob's Apple Chipotle All Purpose Sauce :).

I made my husband a "quesadilla" with pork, hot sauce and cheese.

Farmland Sausage:  Since it's something I know we'll eat, I cooked up the roll of sausage, added a can of spaghetti sauce, noodles and cheese and baked it.


I also made two more packages of gelatin for dessert. :)
