You can cut everything in 1/2 for smaller portions.  I fed 5 adults and 5 kids. Filled an 11 x 13 cake pan.
I USED:
2 pound ground beef
2 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
2 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1 cup milk
6 flour tortillas (8-inch) or 8 corn tortillas (6-inch), cut into 1-inch pieces
OR
Fritos about 3-4 cups
2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)

  1. Cook the hamburger until thoroughly cooked.  Drain off excess grease
  2. Stir in all ingredients (soup, picante sauce, milk, tortilla's or fritos)
  3. the mixture will look watery this is ok.
  4. Pour mixture unto a glass cake pan, Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes until its hot and bubbling,
  5. Sprinkle more cheese on top Bake for 10 more minutes.
